No, it's not! just returned from downtown Smiths (the BIG Smith's) and it worked for me–twice. Can only do 2 at a time. So I'm thinking it's just at the Fresh Marketplace Smith's.

I live in Davis county and bought 2 Coppertone sunscreens today and did NOT receive a catalina….dang I was really hoping for one!
