AnnaMarie-Take the Target policy with you. It does not say that anywhere. You can use the coupons on Travel Items, as long as it isnt excluded on the coupon.Melea
I just looked at my receipt from my shopping trip to Smiths today and the eCoupons were not worth $1. So I didn't save as much as I thought. I guess I better watch them ringing it up next time.

However, lke Melea said, it states no where in their policy that you can not do this. Also, I have heard for awhile about Smiths. I think Target will be home of some pretty sweet deals over Smiths now. They may still have some good deals..but not as good.
Even if Smith's says they will stack (which they probably won't) I would love it if you and other deal sites stopped posting about them. They never work for me or any of my friends. It is so frustrating and a huge waste of time to load all the coupons and plan your shopping trips with the loadables in mind. The worst part is, when I asked about it, I told that it was "illegal" to combine coupons and I left feeling like a criminal.
I have had little trouble with e-coupons. They almost always come off perfectly even when I stack with manufacture coupons. The very few that didn't come off I just called the loadable coupon people and they always fix the problem and give me OYNO coupons. I went to smiths today and my total came to $81.22 but after all coupons, e-coupons, and fresh values my total came to $10.54…87% savings!!! ($11 of it was e-coupons) I hope they will still take both!-Whitney

It has never been in their policy to stack Manufactures coupons (yes ecoupons are MC). The only reason why people do it is because there was no way of stopping it. Cellfire and Shortcut coupons are easy to stack but Smith's and P&G coupons are hit and miss. Smith's is starting to notice that people are taking advantage of the system and are trying to do something about it. It is wrong to stack MC's, we know this and yet we do it and make up excuses as to why it's ok! "The system allows it". I stay away from ecoupons because my paper coupons are of higher value and I forget what's on my card.
