I saw the $6 off 6 promo in the print ad that came yesterday in the mail here in Bountiful. It was small, and on the second page, but it was there. Maybe check the print ads again and show the manager? I know they are sometimes clueless…my store manager didn’t know about the free chips give away a week or so ago, and yet there they were giving them away!
This week the Oscar Mayer lunch meat, 2oz. worked with the Catalina. I bought 5 packages at $1 each and it printed a Catalina for $4 off my next purchase. I used that to buy other items so I don’t know if it would roll. That was the Sandy, UT Smith’s.
This deal just worked great at the Bountiful, UT Smiths- some of the Hamburger Helper boxes had a coupon for $1 off 3 boxes so it was better than free!
My Catalinas rolled without any problems. I did both the $6 promotion as well as the $4 one for buying 5 of the 2 oz. Oscar Meyer lunch meats and bologna. Each time I paid for the next set of lunch meats and items qualifying for the $6 promotion with my $6 and $4 catalinas and it gave me my new ones just fine. No problems at all. I also received the $5 one for the Huggies promotion in my first transaction and used that in my next purchase as well and it didn’t affect anything either.
The price she has says 1.50 is what they would be after the $6 catalina was counted into the total. So they are on sale for 2.50. Minus $1 from the $6 cat = 1.50 each. 🙂

My Smith’s ad said the General Mills cereals were 2.50, not 1.50 (on the 6 dollar promotion).
