With the Cascade deal, if I buy one that costs more than $5, will I still qualify for a $5 rebate, or is it only for items below $5?

Angeana,It looks like you need to buy a small bag. So maybe the 14 ct. as it shows in the picture. Hopefully that helps! 🙂
