Sub-Acute Rehabilitation

Bridgeway Senior Healthcare in New Jersey is proud to provide sub-acute rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to our long-term care residents and short-term care patients. We’ve partnered with onsite medical rehabilitation specialists, Kessler.Core, to provide physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to offer the highest quality of rehab care and expertise to our patients and residents. We communicate clearly with each of our patients, because patient education is the core of our therapy services. Through our many rehabilitation programs, we provide a multidisciplinary approach that allows us to create and implement a plan of care that is specific to our patients’ needs. Our goal is to help our patients and residents achieve maximum functional ability and to improve upon activities of daily living in a compassionate and nurturing environment.

Our sub-acute, rehab programs in New Jersey can help our patients achieve their rehab goals with the combination of supportive skilled nursing services and high-quality, high-intensity therapy. Instead of frequent, unnecessary hospitalizations, we diligently work with our patients to help meet their rehab goals and stay in control of their lives. We can give them the personalized care they require because we understand that each patient’s situation is unique. Bridgeway Senior Healthcare has also worked with physiatrist and other clinical specialists to develop specific programs for Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Neurological Rehabilitation.
