• No discounts of any kind apply on rental units.Reservations required. Linens not included. 2 night minimum (some Holiday and Special Event weekends require a 3 night minimum). Rates based on family of 5 at time of check-in.

• $50 DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT ON ALL RENTALS.(refundable within 14 days of check-out, providing rental unit is left as found)

• Check in time 12:00noon. Check out time 6:00pm.

• NO AFTER HOURS CHECK-INS.

• BBQ GRILL, PICNIC TABLE, & FIRE RING ON SITE.

• TV CABLE AVAILABLE IN ALL RENTALS - ALL INCLUDE TV'S. Only 1 cable hook up available per unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Must cancel atleast 5 days prior to your arrival date on rental units and 48 hours prior to your arrival date on camp sites. On Holidays and Special Event weekends you must cancel atleast 5 days prior to your arrival date on rental units & campsites.

• Accept a Land-O-Pines credit or raincheck? PAY NO CANCELLATION FEE! Credit or raincheck valid up to 1 year from issue date.

• Request a refund? PAY A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE!

• Late cancellation or no shows? NO REFUND!
