Frank Manfredi Profile

Attorney Manfredi grew up in Connecticut and received his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University in 1973.  He graduated third in his class from Western New England College School of Law in 1976.  After spending several years on active duty in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, Attorney Manfredi settled in Norwich and has been in civil practice here since 1983.  Attorney Manfredi spent 20 more years in the Naval Reserve and retired as Captain in 2004.  He is knowledgeable and experienced in military and veteran’s affairs, including court-martials and administrative proceedings.

Attorney Manfredi’s civil practice has focused on personal injury and civil litigation of all sorts including wrongful death claims, commercial and real estate disputes.  He has handled hundreds of accident claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, as well as medical malpractice and product liability claims resulting in millions of dollars of recoveries over the years. Attorney Manfredi, also has an active criminal and real estate practice.

Besides his law practice, Attorney Manfredi serves as a Judge on the Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court and Mohegan Tribal Court.   He serves his community as a member of the Commission on the City Plan, and as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical responder with the Yantic Fire Engine Company.
