Dr. Jason Bollenbaugh is a Certified Medical Examiner for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and performs DOT physical exams for commercial drivers and other Non-DOT corporations. Dr. Bollenbaugh is on the  National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners  and has been performing DOT medical exams since 2003. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) sets the  medical requirements  for commercial drivers.
