To Four Seasons Air Conditioning,
   I want to thank you for a job well done and compliment Four Seasons on their professional staff.  We recently contracted with Four Seasons Air Conditioning to upgrade the air conditioning system in our home.  Our remodeling effort started when we decided to have our shingles replaced.  After we were under contract, we decided that we would have our attic insulation updated with the new foam insulation.  We had been talking about this for some time but found ourselves needing to make the decision on short notice since the shingles had already been delivered and we didn’t want the roofers to install roof vents if we were going to close up the attic with foam.  Our overall remodeling plan had included updating our air conditioning system but we had not planned to do it this year.  However, after contracting for the attic insulation job, we realized that our air conditioning unit which is in the attic needed to be updated before the foam was installed to prevent any damage to the foam if new condensing lines are anything else needed to be run.  Thus, we delayed the attic foam installation, after they had removed the old insulation from the attic, to allow us time to determine what type of system we wanted to go with and located an air conditioning contractor.  I am an engineer by trade and a very detailed person who likes to understand and weigh my options before making decisions, especially high dollar decisions, but found myself in need of making a quick decision on an air conditioning system and contractor.  To my surprise, even though attic foam insulation has been around for a while, I was less than impressed by the first several air conditioning companies I contacted when I queried them about their air conditioning recommendations for an older home which had new foam insulation installed.  What complicated matters more was I wanted an integrated air conditioning system with a separated dehumidifier and air purifier.    Your sales representative/comfort consultant Joe Davila was very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient as I inquired about integrated air conditioning system options for an older home with a foamed insulation attic.  He answered all of my questions concerning the technical specifications and provided us cost estimates for a number of configurations.  His knowledge, responsiveness, and patience allowed us to consider air conditioning solutions that we would have never considered and solidified our decision to contract with Four Seasons for our air conditioning upgrade.  After considering all of our options, we decided on a Bryant Evolution Connex Series 17.5 S.E.E.R. Extreme Variable Speed Heat Pump System, with a Bryant Perfect Air Purifier, an Aprilaire Model 1770 dehumidifier, and to satisfy our home comfort desires we went with a four-zoned system.       In addition to your sales representative, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism of your installation crew and how well they coordinated with the sales representative during the installation of our integrated system.  The superior service continued after installation was complete as your technicians made the final adjustments needed for our complex integrated system.  On top of this, our system which has wifi notifications to provide notices of any system anomalies is monitored by Four Systems and on several occasions your staff has contacted us to inquire about the system notifications.       Bottom line, my wife and I are EXTREMELY pleased with Four Seasons and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to anyone in need of an air conditioning contractor.
