Since 2012, Animal Care of Oradell has been in the business of providing compassionate, comprehensive pet care for Oradell's furry citizens and we are proud to continue serving our community in this way.

Since the onset of the 2020 pandemic, thousands of pets found forever homes and many families in our community are adding furry family members to their pack.  This is great news for pets and people alike and while we celebrate this, we must ensure that we are able to continue seeing and treating as many pets as possible.  This means that our schedule must be as efficient as possible.

Therefore, in the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we ask that you kindly provide us with at least one (1) business day's notice so that we may accommodate another precious pet during that time.  We understand that

unexpected events arise that may prevent you from giving this amount of notice, however, please contact us as soon as possible. Together we can make sure pets in need are able to be seen and we can continue doing what we do best - delivering top-notch veterinary care to your pets and making you feel just as special!

PLEASE NOTE: We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, therefore, appointments scheduled for Monday must be cancelled by 6pm on the Friday before in order to avoid cancellation fees.

If I do not provide notice of cancellation at least one (1) business day in advance, I pre-authorize Animal Care of Oradell to charge my payment information (debit card and/or credit card) on file to charge the cancellation fee (equal to the full exam charge).  In the event I do not have payment information on file, I understand that I will be billed and responsible for payment for the cancellation fee (equal to the full exam charge).

Drop-off procedures and Surgical procedure appointments not canceled within one (1) business day will be charged a $200cancellation fee.

Repeated “missed appointments” may result in same-day only appointments to be scheduled based on availability and requiring prepayment of an examination.
