I have been coming to ACO for a long time my dog has massive anxiety and bringing her in is stressful enough but even more when she is sick. The other day they got us in right away and once we got there the staff let us wait in the car u til there was a room for her and then told her through the back to ease her anxiety. It made a stressful trip for both of us so much easier and stress free. She was calm during her exam and as we left the staff did the same.
