Youth Citizenship Fund
Youth Citizenship Endowment Fund
Started by retired superintendent Dr. Donald Draayer (1973-1995), the fund aims to promote civic leadership and community service among the Minnetonka student body.
When he retired in 1995, Dr. Draayer transferred gifts received to create the fund. The fund was later supported by school board members who served during his 24 years of public service.
Today, with your generosity, this fund continues to support or create opportunities for youth service, citizenship and leadership development. Implemented by the foundation's annual teacher grant process, funds are distributed every April.
