For regular 2 hour charters you may book directly online through this site by utilizing the link above. Payment in full is collected at the time of booking.
For longer or custom charters contact Captian Dustin to book your charter. A 50% deposit is required if booked more then 7 days in advance. Payment in full is required within 7 days.

Important things to know
All charters are with a USCG Licensed Master Captain and mate, certified cpr/first aid with over 10 years of experience. Kismet is a certified Coast Guard Small Passenger Vessel and obides by all federal laws.
Please be at the dock 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure in order to receive a mandatory orientation and safety briefing.
You will be asked to remove your shoes. If the weather is cold please wear boat shoes, non-scuffing white-soled sneakers. High heels, boots and marking soles will not be allowed on board.
Spray Sunscreens are not allowed on board any of our boats.
Illegal drugs of any kind are not permitted including you folks from Colorado, Oregon etc.. Sorry, its federal law.
Smoking is not permitted on board.

Location
We are located at the City Marina at 17 Lockwood Drive. Park in the pay parking lot directly in front of the seafood restaraunt. Walk towards the water and take a left just past the HMY Yacht Sales building. Walk to Dock V, we are the first boat on the left. Please call 843-557-7403 if you get lost.
Private Yacht Charter Terms and Conditions
Agreement for consideration of any charter reservation, Charleston Sailing Charters LLC agrees to reserve the vessel and to contract captain and crew.
Fees and Rescheduling
Charter fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Charterer's requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the charter date and time and are as follows:
14 days or more prior to sail: $25
within 14 days of sailing: $100
24 -72 hours prior to sail: $200
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the charterl are not accepted and Charterer is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled sail occurs or not. Cancellation within 7 days forfeits the deposit or 50% of charter fee. Call us to discuss, we wont leave you hanging.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the vessel due to severe weather, environmental conditions, unforeseen prohibitive events, or mechanical failure, the sail will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date prior to December 31 of the current year at no additional charge. Refunds are offered if we cannot find a mutually agreeable date. Severe weather is determined solely by the Captain of the vessel.
Substance Abuse
The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on board the vessel. This includes underage use of alcohol or cigarettes. Non-compliance of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the trip and no refund will be given.
Risks
Charterer understands and accepts that there is an inherent risk of personal injury or accident,"Risks", which may occur at marinas, swimming and aboard boats. Therefore, Charterer agrees to release and hold harmless Charleston Sailing Charters LLC, its members, crew and agents from all liability and responsibility for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death however caused, including, but not limited to, product defect or the negligence of the released parties.
Charterer has discussed the Risks with their invitees, and all invitees have agreed to release and hold harmless Charleston Sailing Charters LLC, its members, crew and agents in the same manner Charterer has in the above paragraphs. The foregoing notwithstanding, Charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Charleston Sailing Charters LLC, its owners, crew, and agents from any claims brought by Charterer's invitees.
If it is necessary to obtain medical treatment for the Charterer or its invitees, regardless of cause, such expenses shall be paid by the Charterer. Authority is granted without limitation to Charleston Sailing Charters LLC and its assigns in all medical matters to hospitalize and treat the Charterer.
Disputes shall be governed by Federal Maritime law. In any action against Charleston Sailing Charters LLC, Ashley Medaloni Adventures, or its members, agents, partners, employees, or servants which results in a decision/judgment/decree/order/ stipulation or settlement substantially upholding Charleston Sailing Charters LLC / Ashley Medaloni Adventures position, the adversary party shall reimburse Charleston Sailing Charters LLC attorney's fees, court costs and expenses.
AgreementI have read and agree to above and sign this of my own free will and desire. It is my intention that paying for and showing up to the charter is legally binding signature.
We will let you know if your charter will be canceled.
The Owners
Captain Joey Medaloni, has traveled the East Coast, Bahamas, Virgin Islands and Mexico over the past 16 years. Joey's licenses include 100 ton USCG Masters, Single, Multi, Instrument and Jet Commercial CE525/S pilot rating, Padi Dive Master, and STCW95. Joey now owns and operates a popular winey and vineyard in Lewisville NC called Medaloni Cellars
Captain Dustin Ryan, an accomplished sailor, real estate investor, and business man. Originally from Portland Oregon, Dustin has spent the past 18 years sailing in waters from Hawaii to the Mediterranean Sea. An accomplished waterman Dustin is an avid surfer and loves ocean sports. Dustin holds a USCG 100 ton masters license, STCW 95, and Firefighter 2 and first responder certifications. Dustin is the managing member of Charleston Sailing Charters LLC.
