Admission and Financial - Aged Care

• The Commonwealth Government pays us subsidies based on each resident's care needs.
Operations subject to  Aged Care Act
• Click onto our Aged Care Financial Booklet for the relevant Facility. The booklet includes Accommodation Pricing and Key Features Statement (as required by  Aged Care Act ) as well as general financial arrangements for admission.

Admission requirements:

• Application to Care Manager of village.
• Possession of an Aged Care Client Record - A.C.C.R. This entails prior assessment by an Aged Care Assessment Team - A.C.A.T.;
• Possession of a Centrelink/ DVA assets assessment; and
• Medical report and completed application documentation.
