What is Respite?
This very popular and useful Bethany Christian Care service involves the provision of short term residential care for those normally tended in their own home or by relatives.
Weary carers or those taking holidays are urged to take advantage of this service. We would be glad to admit your loved one into respite care at either The Plains or Beth Eden.
Admission and Financial
- The Commonwealth Government pay us subsidies for each resident's care.
- Operations subject to Aged Care Act

- All residents pay the same daily fee. No lump sum payment (or equivalent) is payable.
- Assessment required by an Aged Care Assessment Team (A.C.A.T).
- Application to Care Manager of Village.
