Paula Ikola Erbisch joined the Minnetonka Middle School West staff in 1998 after interning at Valley View Middle School in Edina. Paula’s undergraduate and graduate degrees are from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she also worked as a college career counselor specializing in undecided majors and returning adults. Paula believes school counselors have the best job in education. Counselors are the unique adult that stays with students throughout their middle level journey and advocates for their needs along the way. Outside of school, Paula is known for her love of young adult literature, film, Comic-Cons and the Minnesota Twins.
