Minnetonka Family Collaborative (MFC)

The Minnetonka Family Collaborative (MFC) was established in 2005 to help build a healthy community for the children and youth who attend the Minnetonka Public School District.

Our Mission

The mission of the Minnetonka Family Collaborative is to support and develop the well-being of all youth and families in the Minnetonka School District in partnership with the community.

Our Vision

To be the best and most accessible intersection of needs and resources that leads to thriving youth and families in the Minnetonka School District.

Collaborative Efforts

Minnetonka Family Collaborative partners gather throughout the school year to share information regarding programs, community resources, and look for opportunities to support families and other opportunities to help improve the community.

We foster collaborative processes and bring the perspectives, information and resources of various partners and constituencies to create solutions to service gaps, service coordination and un-met needs of families in the community.

Please keep in mind the 2025-2026 MFC Grant Timeline:

Friday, January 31, 2025 - Public release of MFC grant program
Monday, February 24, 2025 – Deadline for completed RFPs (4:00 pm)
March/April – Virtual Q&A of applicants with Grant Review Committee – Date TBD
May 2025 – Formal Board Recognition of review panel recommendations
July 1, 2025 – Funding start date
Spring 2026 – Final Report Due (approx. – date TBD)
