Office Hours
Plano Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Spine Center is open Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 pm.
Calling Our Office
Due to heavy call volume during the early morning and late afternoon hours we will answer your calls as quickly as possible please understand your call is very important to us and you can certainly leave a message and we will call back or feel free to inquire about an appointment on our online request form.
Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only with the corresponding physician that was requested or suggested based on your injury/condition. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to office schedules and appointment times however emergencies arise and delays do occur and we apologize in advance for any delays that may occur. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we do ask that you please notify our office as soon as possible so that another patient who may be waiting to see the physician can get an earlier appointment.
Please bring any necessary information with you to your appointment including:
- Completed Paperwork
- Any recent X-rays or MRI films related to your condition
- Insurance Card /Driver’s License
- List of current medications
- Payment (We accept all major forms of payment)
Prescriptions Refills
Our preferred method of prescription refills is to please have your pharmacist fax the request to our office during regular business hour. For questions or inquires regarding your prescription please call 972-250-5700 and leave a message with your doctor’s assistant. Because we do not have access to your medical records at night or on weekends, we are unable to refill prescriptions during those times. Therefore, prescription refills are only issued during office business hours.
Emergencies
If you have an injury that obviously requires emergency treatment, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest ER Facility or Hospital as we are not equip to treat open wounds or ER related injuries.
