Chemical Health
The supports available to students and families at Minnetonka High School (MHS) have been expanded to include chemical health services through a partnership with Relate Counseling Center, thanks in part to a grant from the Minnetonka Family Collaborative. Lauren Roelike, LADC is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and is available during school hours Wednesday-Friday.
Lauren can take referrals through a variety of channels. A referral may come as a result of an on-campus violation, self-referral, from parents and teachers. The counseling staff provide a direct link to engaging students and parents with chemical health services. The student and Lauren together will determine a schedule that meets their needs. There is no cost to this service and insurance is not billed. If a higher level of intervention is necessary, Lauren will provide referrals and resources to better serve your individual needs.
If you have a non-emergency chemical health concern about yourself as a student or as a parent or caregiver, reach out to your child’s counselor for a referral to Lauren. Parents and caregivers can reach out to Lauren through the email listed below.
