For current MHS students, unofficial transcripts are now available to view in Skyward under Portfolio/Unofficial GPA & Transcript.

Your transcript includes the following information:

• Your classes
• Semester grades
• Cumulative weighted grade point average

Recently graduated seniors (class of 2025):If you are attending college this fall, your final transcript was sent to that college the week of June 9. If you’ve had a change in college or need it sent somewhere else, please email michele.johnson@minnetonkaschools.org.

Class of 2026:If you’re starting to apply to colleges, your MHS transcripts will be sent after the start of the school year. More information to come! Please visit the Post-Secondary Planning page for helpful resources as you start this process.

Certified transcripts for ID purposes (permit/license renewal/passport, etc.):You may send a request via email to Michele Johnson (michele.johnson@minnetonkaschools.org) or have your student stop by the College & Career Center (during the school year) to obtain a certified transcript.

*Note: if you are requesting this in the summer, please allow up to two weeks for processing. It will be mailed to you or you may pick it up in the main office during normal business hours.

Alumni (anyone who graduated prior to 2025):You will need to complete the form on the right (Alumni Transcript Request). There is a $5 fee per transcript sent. Please allow for processing time (one week during the school year; two weeks in the summer).

Diplomas:The district does not reissue diplomas. You can request a transcript (which has your graduation date if you need proof of graduation.
