Get ready for Spring 2025! Make note of these key dates:

Pre-Season Player Meeting is Wed., Jan. 8at 7:40 a.m. & 2:45 p.m.in the College & Career Center.
Tryouts are March 10-15,5-7 p.m. in the MHS Dome, 5-7 p.m. for all MHS players grades 9-12.
MHS Fastpitch Season runs March 10-June 6

Attention 8th Grade Fastpitch Players!

Any 8th graders interested in showcasing their playing abilities for the MHS Fastpitch Coaching Staff can participate in the 8th Grade Prospect Event on Friday March 7 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in the MHS Dome. Players should register for the Prospect Event at https://forms.gle/Z1XuLeyNNBs1ZHDi9 . More detailed information will be sent to the players who register. Players can also reach out to Coach Wiig at marybeth.wiig@minnetonkaschools.org with questions.

registration/Fees

Softball activity registration fee is $125 plus once per school year participation fee of $75. If a player does not make a team, a full refund will be given. Use the registration link below.
If you have previously paid the $75 participation fee and filled out a sports eligibility form this school year, then you only need to fill out a new emergency card and pay the $125 softball activity fee.
Once you have registered, be sure to complete the Player/Parent Contact Formbelow.
Scholarships are available. Please contact Coach Wiig or your school counselor if financial help is needed.

Equipment

All students should bring running shoes, athletic clothes and gloves to all practices.

Expectations

All players are expected to attend all practices and games. Players should notify Mary Beth Wiig ahead of time of any conflicts.

sports physical required

All Students participating in MSHSL sanctioned sports are required to have a Sports Qualifying Physicalon file with Minnetonka High School. This form is good for 3 years of participation from the date of the exam and must be current through the end of your sport participation season. If you need to check on your student(s) physical date, you may do so in Student Skyward, or email your request to jane.mcgowan@minnetonkaschools.org .
