Brittany Bell is the K-5 Explorers Program Manager supervising the six elementary schools by providing leadership in the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the program. Brittany is passionate about maintaining high standards of care and education for all children enrolled in Explorers.

Prior to working in the Program Manager position, Brittany held other positions within Minnetonka Explorers including Assistant Site Supervisor and Site Supervisor of Clear Springs Elementary, as well as the Explorers Behavior Specialist. After having her first child, Brittany went back to school to obtain her teaching license and taught for Wayzata Public Schools before returning to Community Education.

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from South Dakota State University, and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Concordia University, St. Paul. She also holds her Certified Program Planner certification.

Brittany lives in Eden Prairie and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
