Full refunds are given when Minnetonka Preschool & ECFE cancels a class, in this case, you will be notified via email.

No refunds are given for missed classes.

If you need to withdraw from a class, we require this be done in writing or via email  dorothea.mccabe@minnetonkaschools.org  so we can accommodate families on waiting lists. Please include your child’s name, name of the class and the last day attending.

For ECFE families, requests for refunds must be received five business days before the first day of class for a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds are issued when requests are received less than 5 business days before the first day of class.
